Ora Henderson

Hello Everyone!

 

I'm a Coos County Native, born in Bandon, at home, in the middle of a snowstorm. I was visited by a small snow bird as an infant, who bestowed gifts to me of magic and creation, and I seek to share those gifts.

 

Growing up by the river and I was surrounded by nature, artists, musicians, bodyworkers, animal rescuers, and whole ton of generational traumas. It made me cultivate a conscious awareness of our interconnectedness and our bounty that is this natural world and beautiful life.

 

Teaching and learning, creating and growing together, supporting the next generations growth, are a few of the most powerful meaningful actions we can take. Intentionally doing so, towards a collective idea of our best possible outcomes; this is the noble desire I strive for.

 

Being a certified yoga instructor, I have a passion for creating a mindful positive environment where we can find our center.
